Do you do retail or wholesale healthcare PPE?

Alpha TM brand is the leading supplier and exporter of quality healthcare PPE. We deliver / export to over 50 countries worldwide. You can order samples and smaller quantities directly through our online store. Your shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. For larger wholesale quantities, please visit our state of the art Wholesale Suite or Contact Us for a complimentary quote for your bespoke order. 

Where is the healthcare PPE made?

The high quality healthcare PPE we supply / export is proudly made in Egypt to the highest international standards. The healthcare PPE industry is a fast growing sector in Egypt. Our manufacturers produce superior quality PPE that is loved by our customers.

Is the healthcare PPE sector regulated in Egypt?

You bet, healthcare PPE is a heavily regulated industry in Egypt. All Egyptian healthcare PPE manufacturers have to obtain the approval of the Egyptian ministry of health. The sector is subject to heavy state supervision, with serious penalties and facility closures to those who do not meet the regulations.  We works closely with top Egyptian healthcare PPE manufactures. All of our manufacturers are approved by the Egyptian state and have obtained all the required local certificates. We only work with certified facilities. 

Is the healthcare PPE you supply FDA / CE certified?

Aside from the required approval of the Egyptian state, some of the facilities we procure the PPE from are also FDA and / or CE approved. Others are in the process of obtaining the FDA / CE certificates . The products we supply / export are clearly marked. If the PPE is produced by an approved facility, you will see the FDA and / or CE mark on the product package. Please check the product description carefully before placing the order to ensure the product meets the regulation of your country. 

Why is my bulk order procured from more than one facility?

If you order 5,000 surgical gowns, the gowns will typically be procured from one manufacturer. However, if you order 500,000 gowns, to be shipped to you at the earliest opportunity possible, the chances are, we will procure your large order from more than one manufacturer to ensure efficient and timely delivery. This is why your bulk / wholesale order may reflect two or more labels. However, you can rest assured that the entire order is meticulously made to your specifications regardless of the label. 

Does Alpha have its own private label?

Yes we do, and we do it with love. Alpha TM brand is an energetic, creative and responsive company, we listen very carefully to our customers’ feedback, recommendations and suggestions. Our top manufacturers produce select lines of PPE products for us in accordance with our private label  premium specs. Our own private label gives us more control over quality, process and functionality of those select lines. Our private label lines meet the highest International standards and style. The design of our label is constantly tweaked and improved to continuously deliver higher value to you. How secure is shopping in the online store?

We offer a secure online payment facility. Our website is encrypted with SSL. Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. 

Where can I find out about the shipping fees?

Shipping fees vary depending on the weight and size of your order. They also vary depending on where the order is being shipped to. The shipping fees will be calculated at check out after you have entered your shipping address. You can then decide whether you would like to proceed with placing the order. 

Which payment methods are accepted in the online store?

Most credit Cards are accepted in our online store. You also have the option to pay via Paypal.  

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can. To track your order, you will need your Order ID. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received. You will find the Track Your Order page on our website in the tab header. Once on the tab header go to the EXPLORE  tab, open the EXPLORE tab drop down menu, then click on Track Your Order.

How long will delivery / shipping take?

Shipping time varies considerably depending on the destination and the volume of the order. We are currently experiencing exceptionally high demand because of the Coronavirus pandemic.  Please allow 7 – 14 days for small International shipments via couriers, and 6 – 8 weeks for larger wholesale orders. We will do our absolute best to deliver your PPE sooner if possible. 

Do you have a return policy?

We are committed to delivering high quality PPE.  Defective equipment may be returned within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are returned in as-shipped conditions, with proof of purchase, for a replacement. There are certain situations where we may not approve the return. These situations include, but are not limited to the following; 

  • Equipment showing wear and tear, or any indications of usage
  • Equipment not returned in their original packaging
  • Equipment missing accessories, manuals, or documentation that was shipped with it
  • Equipment that is scratched, cracked or dirty
  • Equipment with a defaced or missing label 
  • Equipment that has been contaminated 
  • Equipment damaged by natural disasters, fire or flood.
  • Equipment damaged by negligence, abuse, accidents or misuse
  • Unauthorized returns; those we were not notified of, or did not approve of
  • Past habitual abuse of our Return Policy
  • Some Medical devices are non returnable
